Membership comes with its privileges and when it is combined with home ownership, then, you have something truly exclusive.

Bear Mountain Resort is proud to be the first residential community on Vancouver Island to offer its homeowners an exclusive membership card that allows access to elite offers and reduced rates on the amenities at the Resort and beyond.

When purchasing a home on the mountain, All homeowners will receive a complimentary Homeowner Card that entitles them to a minimum 10% discount* at select resort venues.

Should you wish to take advantage of a wider range of offerings, Bear Mountain is pleased to extend two additional levels of membership for a monthly fee.
