Previously entering Victoria’s highly competitive real estate atmosphere as Lewis Ratcliff, the Victoria local has teamed up with his loving wife, Amy Ratcliff, and two new Victoria agents, Kyle Fuzi and Ryan Messer, to create one of Victoria’s most sought-after Bear Mountain and luxury Teams.

THE MAN HIMSELF, LEWIS RATCLIFF:

Lewis grew up in London, England as a child and had a passion for sports. Particularly lacrosse, which he still plays and coaches to this day. Prior to joining real estate firm Engel & Völkers, Lewis played professional lacrosse in the National Lacrosse League. Lewis is still involved in the lacrosse community and loves to coach, train, and be involved when the opportunity presents itself.

Aside from real estate and lacrosse, Lewis’ all-time favorite pass-time is spending time with his two kids, Carter and Issy, and of course, the beautiful Mrs. Ratcliff. The family loves their Bear Mountain life and spends their free time at the pool, mini golfing, or goofing around at home. With a thriving business, a happy and loving family, and a love for the game (both lacrosse and real estate) Lewis and his family lived a fulfilled life on Bear Mountain.

THE DESIGN GURU, AMY RATCLIFF:

A born and raised Vancouver gal, Amy moved to Victoria 5 years ago. With a wealth of experience and education under her belt, Some fields Amy excels in include Event and Wedding planning, Interior design (Pacific Design Academy), and Land Developing (Client Design Coordinator).

As of this year, Amy has been licensed as a Real Estate Agent here in Victoria. Through meshing all of her many talents, she found a love in real estate and figured it would be a way to build connections and create a very powerful, fulfilling career.

THE GO-GETTER, RYAN MESSER:

Realizing at an early age that the real estate industry is where he wanted to be, Ryan was first introduced to the profession in the Okanagan where he was born and raised. Leaving his business marketing studies behind, Ryan then followed his passion and love of European architecture to the historic streets of Victoria where he decided to set up camp and further his career.

Ryan quickly fell in love with the ocean, the eco-friendly lifestyle, the community, and of course, the housing market. He has many passions including rugby (he actively played for Team BC 4 years straight!), traveling, hiking, kayaking, and fishing but his number one is real estate. He truly appreciates helping people get ahead in life and loves to watch his clients plant roots here in Victoria just like he did.

 

THE ISLAND MAN, KYLE FUZI:

A born and raised Island guy, Kyle grew up in the small town of Port McNeill but made Victoria his home when he was 19 after having fallen in love with the city through various trips here. Kyle, his wife Kristyn, and two children, Olivia and Elliot, have called the Bear Mountain Resort Community our home for years. You can usually find them riding bikes, walking and hiking the trails, or playing at one of the many parks in their spare time. Kyle is also an avid snowboarder and has been so for roughly 25 years so they love to spend as much time as they can at their family property at Mount Washington.

Kyle’s goal as a Realtor® is to make premium client service and marketing available to all, regardless of the price point of your home.
