Having lived on Vancouver Island his whole life, and in Victoria since 2005, Kyle has a wealth of knowledge about the Island’s many communities and their varying real estate markets.

The support of the team is one of the attributing factors to Kyle’s success in real estate over the years. On a personal note, Kyle lives on Bear Mountain with his wife and two children where they love to spend their spare time enjoying time outdoors and traveling around the Island exploring all it has to offer. Aside from real estate, one of Kyle’s main passions is snowboarding. He’s been hitting the slopes for over 20 years and tries to spend as much time as possible at Mt. Washington during the winter. For the last three years, Kyle has also volunteered as a Director with the Bear Mountain Community Association where he works with his fellow Directors and members of the community to help shape the future of the resort and keep it a wonderful place to live.
